Gan Cheng Poh - CEO
She doesn’t wait for life to happen. She builds it, one unforgettable moment at a time.
For over 30 years, Cheng Poh, Founder and Director of LifeSmith Consultants, has been crafting high-trust, high-impact adventure experiences that turn the outdoors into a classroom. Every journey becomes a story people carry home. From first-time school campers to seasoned explorers, she has guided thousands through programmes that blend challenge, reflection, and real-world confidence.
Schools have trusted her leadership for decades, with Cheng Poh having organized countless camps for institutions across Singapore, including a landmark overseas camp for 900 students at once. A feat of logistics, safety, and heart. Driven by a learn-by-doing philosophy, she helped bring new sports and adventure disciplines into school life, introducing fencing, skating, climbing, and water sports and took them mainstream. Her creative energy reached the stage too, when she co-choreographed the skating segment of the 2010 Asian Youth Games opening ceremony.
